Harry Rube Matt Gaglione weather

a= amplitude

d= wrap line

SinReg L1, L2 (Baghdad, Iraq)
(a*sin(bx+c)+d)
a= 23.22077782
b= .4905098775
c= -1.413450559
d= 70.90884067

SinReg L1, L3 (Syracuse, New York)

a= 24.1148557

b= .502974397

c= -1.575924475

d= 47.32445268

SinReg L1, L4 (Shengxian, China)

a= 21.47128961

b= .5066329071

c= -1.581385366

d= 60.07246445

Baghdad has the highest average annual temperature for every month, and (obviously) Syracuse has the lowest, with Shengxian in the middle. The a, b, and c values of the equations are highly similar, meaning that the sin wave of the average temperatures are almost identical.

Although I prefer a mild to warm climate, I would highly advise against traveling to either Baghdad or Shengxian for political or economical reasons.
