The numbers in this equation make sense because as you increase the amount of miles you are driving the amount of time it takes to drive these miles almost directly correlates. This means that one mile per one minute. This is why "a" is so close to 1. The number for "b" makes sense, if this was a perfect graph then "b" would be zero, but since this graph is not perfect, the y intercept is 12.
